Amid global initiatives of promoting women in the workplace and considering the fact that almost half of our society members are females (one of the highest percentages in the world), we would like to organize an event dedicated to inspiring women in their careers, with the ultimate goal of showing the importance of the CFA designation in the finance world and not only.

During the interactive sessions of the event, "Women as leaders: efficiency and inspiration" and "Financial education: setting the ground for independence", we invited as speakers, well-known specialists who will debate topics related to the importance of diversity in the workplace.

Our ambition is to create a region-wide opportunity for people to network, especially since countries in the Central and Eastern Europe region share similarities in terms of history and economic development, and also because they are highly integrated, with a lot of regional players in various industry fields.
